  • Employee Referral- Supply employees with an easy-to-use interface to submit referrals.

  • AAP Adverse Impact Analysis – Analyze your affirmative action compliance with the on-demand adverse impact report.
  • Reason Codes – Enable users to select a "reason" from a company approved list of why an applicant can be removed from the applicant pool. The "reason" is recorded in the applicant notes and is reportable.
  • Status Progression – Create a designated applicant workflow to prevent users from omitting a crucial step in the hiring process.

Hiring
