Trigger a mass applicant email – Send personalized bulk emails to any group of applicants. Emails can be sent automatically when the applicant is moved to the next step in the hiring process, or a bulk email can be manually configured and sent.

Review applicants’ prescreening responses –Spend time reviewing only the qualified applicant pool with automatic prescreening capabilities and duplicate application prevention. At the end of the prescreening process the applicant will be marked “qualified” or “not qualified” based on the criteria set. The disqualified applicant’s response(s) will be displayed in red on the applicant’s datasheet. This enables the user to quickly review the applicant’s information and determine the reason for disqualification.
