myStaffingPro® is a web-based ASP system utilizing the Software-as-a Service (SaaS) concept. Rather than release new “versions”, the approach is to continuously
develop and create features to enhance the applicant and user experience.
The system currently boasts of four solutions, and over 20 configurable features including: HRIS integrations,
job board posting, background integrations,
onboarding, and resume parsing. The development team is continuously
reviewing the system’s capabilities and increasing its efficiencies.

The applicant tracking system (myStaffingPro®) is a secure site using 128 bit encryption and a Secure Server Certification Authority issued by
RSA Data Security, Inc. Client data is stored on a database server that resides behind a “hardware firewall” (not directly on the Internet).
The database will only accept requests for the data that has passed our security checks. Access to the system is granted by username and password only
according to the rights assigned to a specific user.
